Returns/order cancellations
Given the particulars of our products’ bespoke nature – and in the interest of hygiene – we are unable to offer returns for refunds or replacements, except for products which are defective – we will always make sure you receive what you have ordered! To this end, we recommend that you carefully examine your items before breaking their clear, sealed bags.
When placing a order with us, Wolfspleasure, you are placing us under contract to produce your item. For this reason, cancellations on paid orders may be denied, or incur a restocking fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
